• k: this is so true, but it goes both ways...just recently one of my friends coworkers in the retail industry, not naming any companies ;-) ...was fired due to an altercation where the customer verbally abused her, to the point where, as the customer was leaving the store she had so much rage she yanked her by the ponytail back into the store to give her her fair share of abuse. she no longer works there.
