Scum of the Earth

Comment spammers. That is what I think of them.
Seems that they have finally caught onto me after 2 1/2 years. I've had to implement a CAPTCHA (a Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) on my comment forms to prevent spammers from using their automated scripts to flood my site with links to their usual wares (you know the ones). I apologize for the inconvenience.
On the plus side, over 10 people have left comments on my Why MySpace Sucks post, a record. It looks like editorial/opinion stirs people's desire to comment more than just plain old boring news about my life... so expect more of it. Just wait until I'm brave enough to post my "Why Toyota Corolla Sucks" manifesto!
