Incorporated!

It's official - I'm now the proud owner/incorporator/director of a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario. For those who don't know, I've been planning the startup of my own small business, which is now officially named "Near North Digital Inc.".

The initial plan is to provide Internet presence services such as website, ecommerce, email and file hosting, and consulting and development services in the area of web applications and content management. I also plan to produce a couple of web properties of my own in the future, which I'm not quite ready to talk about yet :) Everything will sit on my own servers colocated in a professional data centre here in Toronto.

I'll post more information about this project in the coming weeks, I just wanted to share my excitement with you. In the meantime, if you or your company are looking to start (or update) your Internet presence, I'd love to work with you, and if you have any of your own insights or stories about running a small business, I'd love to hear about them too.
